Cédric Goarant

Founder - Managing Partner

Cédric has over 20 years of international experience and extensive deal-making track-record.

Entrepreneur, Private Equity investor, prior to 13advisory, Cédric co-founded InnovaFonds.

Prior to InnovaFonds, he was auditor at KPMG then CFO of Groupe Silicomp, an IT company sold to Orange Business Services.

Malado Coulibaly

Manager Corporate Finance

Malado joined 13advisory in 2015 and successfully conducted significant fund raising and M&A transactions in the IT and medtech industries. Before joining the advisory firm, she had gained experience in different M&A advisory firms and banks, such as CM-CIC and Ad Res Conseil. She is a graduate of the University of Lyon, where she completed a Master in finance.

Yoann Foray

Analyste Senior

After gaining experience in the M&A team of French bank Caisse d’Epargne, Yoann successfully co-founded the Agence Innovation, a business unit of Caisse d'Epargne Rhone Alpes dedicated to finance and advise best-in-class start-ups and scale-ups. He contributed to make this unit profitable and be a reference in corporate banking. He took part in many VC investment committees and workshops for digital transformation. Yoann built a strong track-record in the healthtech and IT sector.

He is a graduate in Corporate Finance from University of Lyon.

Kiko Filipov

Venture partner

Kiko joined 13advisory in 2018. Previously, he was an associate at Future of Surgery Advisors in New York City where he advised medtech M&A transactions and strategic partnerships as well as provided exit-focused consulting to early stage startups. His focus areas include, but are not limited to, minimally invasive surgery, diagnostic/therapeutic imaging, surgical robotics, orthopedics and health IT. Kiko is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he completed a B.A. in Economics.
